Good day all,
The end of the world is near.....if I don't get my MPC1000 fixed. I have a problem with my slot card reader. I tried to save a program and it said"directory error". I noticed the card was not being read anymore. I propped something in between the slot and the card and it worked temporarily. I took it apart and cleaned the circuitry and put it back together. Still no go. I propped something again and it worked off and on for a few weeks. All the pins are straight and clean and the 2 cards I have are good. I went on a website and found a replacement slot card reader, but haven't purchased it yet.
Anybody have this issue and how did you resolve it. I don't want to replace the reader and it be something else.
