max. gb of compact flashcard

I want to buy some compact flashcards for my 2500 and wonder if the mpc's reader has any limit of readability?
If so what's the biggest card you can use?

I'm using 16GB Kingston Elite Pro 133X. MPC2500 JJ OS1. Works great.

i thought there was a 2GB limit, but have heard rumors of larger capacity ones working.

Good question. I've used far less than 1GB by now, the Load screen says Card Free= 14948MB, so the MPC recognizes the empty space. But will it be able to use it, I don't know really...
