UPDATE:

Ok, Im just finalising the actual running order and sorting out the webpages/ downloads etc as best I can.

The Myspace is gonna be a **** to maintain, all the design stuff there is cool but not easy to pass onto the next guy. Once the project is released you guys can decide which tracks make it onto the Myspace player, they cant all fit.

Anyway, roll on Saturday 16th October 2010.

This thing is like a hot potatoe!!

All previous volumes can be found here except for volume 4 which was corrupted. So, unless someone can notify the owner of that site and get them to fix volume 4 you'll have to upload it elsewhere or use the link provided by Prah, here.

I don't believe we've 'met', but thanks a bunch!

EDIT: Just tried to download Volume 4 from both those sources, both failed. Will have a look at the others later... :(

Download the music in a wide range of formats courtesy of Bandcamp, there is however a 200 download per month limit which may restrict the availability from this site at some point.

Feel free to SPREAD THE LOVE by using the 'share' option in Bandcamp, by using the banner in my signature or providing links where possible to promote the series.

http://mpcmixtapevolume5.bandcamp.com/

Due to the constraints of Myspace, I will not be upgrading the page to the newer profile format. What I will do is add 10 tracks from this volume to the playlist in place of the existing tracks. My view is that hosting the music on Bandcamp is a far better and easier to maintain option considering all the advantages it provides to fans and listeners. The tracks will be changed over the coming days in response to feedback received from you guys.

If you would like to share your comments/ opinions on individual tracks or the mixtape as a whole please feel free to post a review in the mixtape review thread viewtopic.php?f=8&t=105213

This is the place to give feedback, constructive critisism and praise to all the producers and artists involved in the project. Often it is this feedback that helps other to 'up their game' and move their production skills forward so please drop a review once you've had a thorough listen if you have the time to do so. Simply copy/ paste the running order above and add your comments to each track, not including your own of course!

Finally, I know Volume 5 has been the subject of much resistance and debate, but I hope it goes down well despite my not being able to realise all of my plans for the project. It wasn't possible for me to get the project mastered without paying which is a step back, so you may crucify me for that major flaw.

Anyone fancies doing it, PM me ASAP. If you don't want to hear it in its raw state, just stream for now. It will still be mastered very soon once I can hook something up.

Belated congratulations to Dstruct on his recent wedding.

Clint.
