Sample Chop Issue (Need Help)

so whats up everybody. heres the problem. i have been chopping samples from vinyl for years on this machine and now all of a sudden ill chop a sample and the outcome in a new program sounds like a low pass filter is applied, but i havent done that. its weird. i just want the **** sample to chop, what the hell. anybody know how to fix this and make it not happen?

so you rec the sample and sounds normal but chop it up assigin to new program and it sounds diffrent.
what os you useing?? jjos or akai os??

i have been using the same free jjos for two years. and yeah it sounds great sampled originally but when i chop it the chops in the program created sound entirely different in quality.

what i try do is swithch back to akai os and see if same thing happens
