European Akai MPC service centers and specialist shops

Reading all the great posts on this forum, one company that has been mentioned is http://www.cimplesolutions.co.uk/. However, according to the feedback this place has its problems with the time it takes to turnaround repairs, pricing etc. Is this still true in 2010?

What are the alternatives for Akai MPC repairs in Europe?

UK?
Germany?
Netherlands?
Scandinavia?
EU?

I am sure there are others like me in a Euro country where there is no viable options for MPC repairs. If there even is a place doing MPC repairs, it will take too long or cost ridicilous amounts.

You guys in the US are lucky to have Forat and VST.

they're the main importer for akai and a lot of other brands in switzerland.

I never had to repair my mpc but when i decided to upgrade it with the 8-outs, they placed it in the same day I brought them the machine. the tech only charged me for the 8-outs card, it was like 320$

Spoke to a German shop that seemed to know what they were doing, at least based on my initial conversation with them.
