How do add a chopped sample on to my beat?

My name is Jay im having a lil problem,

I just made a Beat from off a kit, i have it saved to a sequence already I found an old Ray Charles Sample that i really liked, i just chopped it up and saved it as a new program as your tutorial instructed me to do now im ready to add it to my beat to finish the track,only
when i try to play my beat that i already made rite before i add my chopped sample it doesnt play becuase my beat is labled under a ILLNESS program
and my choped sample is labled under Program01,

so my question to you is how do i record my chopped sample on to my beat if both of them are labeled under differant programs?

if you can help me out i would really appreciate it you dont know what a headache this has been for me.

move onto track 2 (not sequence 2 ), and then use the second program on track two. these two programs can now live together in musical harmony
