How do I get my MPC 1000 to recognize a new 30GB Internal Ha

Hello!

I have just installed a 30 GB Hard Drive into my MPC 1000 running JJOS 1 v4.99 - How do I format this drive so that the mpc can recognize it and I can begin to load my samples onto it. Thanks!!!

on the LOAD or SAVE screen, select the hard disk as the location, then press WINDOW

in fact it's just like it shows in these pictures, right at the bottom of the page:

but you want to change MEMORY CARD to HARD DISK
