Whats the best way to midi bounce a track to audio on JJOSXL

Hey fellow MPC users I have been wondering for a while if there is a better way in JJos xl to midi bouce track to audio.
The way I do it is. I sequence in the mpc from lets say my s900 in the midi track view. so i got that all playing fine I got my sequence. then i go to "mode" record and just record what i have sequenced then play it back as a sample from a program. Is there an easier, faster, more accurate way to do this? I read the manual but no good. any help would be appreciated thanks for your time. Peace out

There's no bounce option if that's what you were hoping for. The way you are doing it is the standard way.

Maybe 'audio tracks' will give you more options? I've not used them so I can't say if it will be any better or not.

Audio tracks for sure! That's what I use them for. When I have something sequenced in the MP, and playing from an external module. Once u get it sounding right, record as an audio track (in a separate track from the midi track). And then I like to mute the midi track and keep that just in case.

stop and think about what you're asking real quick... if MIDI isn't audio [i assume you do know that much], then how else could you ever convert MIDI signal to audio if not by recording it as audio and in real time? how could it ever convert a MIDI track to audio at any other speed other than real time? nahmean??

thanks elevated! damn this whole time I knew it was something with the audio track I know what it does I just kept trying to record the same track that was midi DERRRR! thanks alot

For real. It does a better job than this old backup PC I'm running now. So I just track it all from the MPC and an external mixer into Wavelab and do my mastering compression and EQ there. All the meat is in the MPC to bang out anywhere!
