Im new to MPCs but I have always had a liking to them, so i finally got off my ass and decided to learn to use them

Ive been using my friends akai mpc 500 and I like it a lot, but I am wondering If I should buy myself a 1000

Would that be good for a beginner? What does the 1000 offer that the 500 doesnt

Thanks for helping out a noob =]

if you have an extra 500 bucks....go for the 1000, if your tight on cash, go for the 500.. because for a beginner, its a great machine (understatement). the mpc 500 is the shit.... you might progress beyond expectations and be ready for something bigger and better...cop a 500, use the other 500 for mixers, interfaces etc... PEACE
