My 2500

My first post here and a new user to the 2500. I bought the " Bible " ( the 283 page manual ) and recommend
it if you are new to the MPC circle as I am. Have been in studio production for about 4 years now and have
many other drum and sequencers - but I am having fun with the 2500 as of now. As most people really would
rather do - is to have someone in person instruct them on how to use this incredible machine properly and to understand exactly all the possibilities available to them. When I get to the advanced sections of the manual , I will
be having someone near me to point out the quickest way to attain the sounds and tweeaks that I want to achieve.
If you think you are that person and live near the Seattle area - give me a note - Im sure it would be worth your time.
Look forward to meeting some cool MPC users and hearing your beats , and also have been enjoying the mods that
some of you have done - very TRICK stuff. Take care and keep on with the tempo - YeahYeah.

Learn that Bible inside and out and then seriously consider an OS upgrade to one of the JJOS's. It takes the 2500 to the next level.

I second that. when i had my 1k before it got stolen i mad the switch to jj and never looked back.

that ebook strictly for akai os? no doubt, some concepts will transfer, but does tutor do screen shots of akai, jjos, or both? both would be slick.

Yes its just for the 1.24 ver. but so far its very useful. looking forward to getting proficient with the 2500 and so that
I can have something to strive for in the JJos .
