Mohammed,
There are various Play functions in SAMPLE mode:
* F6 softkey = PLAY ALL: always plays the whole sample (trim and loop points are ignored)
(note that while the sample is playing, you can grab trim and loop start/end points on the fly)
* Pad 16 = PLAY: plays the trimmed sample in TRIM/LP page or the current region in REGION page
* Pad 13 = PLAY LOOP: The loop region will play while you hold down the pad.
If you hold down the [SHIFT] key and press pad 13, playback will continue even if you release the pad. (To stop playback, press the pad once again or press the [SHIFT] key.)
* Pad 14 = PLAY TO: The sample will play from slightly before the currently selected location to the current location (of the point where the cursor is).
* Pad 15 = PLAY FROM: The sample will play from the currently selected location (of the point where the cursor is) to a point slightly later.
So, both for Pad 14 and 15, the part of the sample that will be played depends on the position of the cursor. For instance:
If the cursor is on the Trim Start field, Pad 15 plays from the Trim Start.
If the cursor is on the Loop End field, Pad 15 plays from the Loop End.
