How do i get a quality recording?

I finish my song, convert it to a sequence, then record it by plugging from PHONES to record right. the wav quality is poor, and i know that it should be done another way... how should i go about getting a good quality wav. buy something else?? what to buy?

do you mean you're connecting the MPC phones output to the MPC record input?
don't do that.
read your manual, look for "Recording the MAIN OUT"
