Sell your turntables and all your vinyl, by a MP3 CD Player, rent(free) some CD's from the library, copy them to your computer, save as 320 KBPS VBR MP3s, burn all the MP3's to a CD.You can fit seven album on a Cd-R.Then the orther thing u must get is a 1/8 to 1/4 or 1/8 to RCA dpepdning what ur sampling with.This saves me ALOT of money, I only spent 65$ on the MP3 CD player, and 50$ for 100 CD-R Discs(about 700-800 albums fit on it).And to rip the CD download the trial of cool edit, and to encode MP3's use WinLame.Also 10$ for the cables.Only spent 125$ on all this.Plus CD Quality is far better than vinyl

I have a more than a crate of nothing but rock breaks. Don't judge a record by its cover. At the very least, I bet you could find a bunch of open single drum hits to sample. Dig into that stuff.
