2500 Jog Wheel FIXED!!!!

Hi!

Just want to tell you guys that I finally found a way to fix those crappy jog wheels. Mine works like a dream!

Just bought a spray for rotary encoders (i found it in a store for 2$ - sic!) heavily sprayed my mpcs jog wheel (and button tact switches) and everything works BETTER than new. The jog wheel works ALMOST as good as the one ona mpc 2000xl!


I guess you can find a spray like that in special stores, if some1 would like to buy the one I used, I can buy it here (in Poland) and ship it...
just first have to be sure if it ok to send this type of items into the states.

Thats a band aid. Unfortunately it will come back.

I'll spray it again... It's been a month now and it's working great.

what is the spray? do you have any brand names or online references?

i remember i spilt beer into my street fighter 4 tournament pad and sprayed wd40 into it, and it worked really well after that. at least i think it was wd40.

Yeah what's the brand name? Or even better, what are the active ingredients?

Band-aid or not, it's better than nothing for those unhappy with the 2500 jog wheel.

it's a polish product and I can't really find a ingredient list on the net or on the bottle.
