hey people, having issues and cant find anythin in manual, gonna look again but in meantime thought id ask on here. So ive made a sound, edited envelope and filters to create a sound that i want, but how do i save the resulting sound in a way that it is just a wav/mpc file and so i dont need to save any parameter settings?

Analog audio Output of MPC to Analog Audio IN on another sampler or any recording device.

Play the sound on MPC, record the sound on external device.

Now sample that recording back into the MPC.

'Resample' on a 2kxl is for converting sample formats, from say 44k to 22k.

Do yourself a favor and never use the resample internally on the MPC. It takes a terribly long time, and there's no way to cancel once you hit Do It.

To do what you asked on a 2kxl you have to physically 're-sample' (onto another medium) the output.
