Pic of the rat bitten pads or pic of the new 500? For the pads, I'll try to upload a pic of the massacre sometime this weekend, but for the new 500, I'm still waiting for my styleflip so I'll post that when it comes very soon.

do those pads make major difference in the velocity? i ordered the corx from mpcstuff.

I can confirm that there is a slight increase in velocity. I was breaking them in this past week and really drumming my ass off. At Full level I was just throwing light finger taps and it responded really well and at Velocity range was kind of the same as with the normal pads but I didn't hit them that hard as I normally would.

I saw the cork pads too and by the video its pretty bad ass. dude was giving light rubs to the pads and they responded beyond my expectations. I think with these soft pads and the corx the tapping will be just as smooth as playing a piano.
