Soft Thru filters out midiCC's??

Can someone confirm this? The Soft Thru only seems to be letting notes coming from external devices through. Not CC's

I've got a Waldorf Pulse teamed up with a Doepfer Pocket Dial and have managed to record/playback program change then sysex midiCC dump commands into the MPC so the Pocket Dial receives the correct parameter values from the Pulse when switching patches and doesn't parameter jump. The Doepfer has a midi merger but i need another merge point(parameter dump from Pulse) and would like to avoid another box.

ok, i realized i might aswell record the midiCC parameter dumps and play them back instead of the program changes. That way the Doepfer will immediately know what the values are and i don't need a midi connection back out of the pulse.
