ES2 in Logic can do ALL of those sounds. As MPC3000LE recently said to me: PEBKAC.

can you give me some pointers in how i go about getting those sounds??

if you want exactly those sounds and don't want to learn how to program a synth ... just sample them

Open up ES2 and get tweaking! Even with no knowledge of synthesis, you should be able get useable sounds. Get to work!

I don't know of any free VST's that are good emulations of old school Mini Moog or Odyssey but for some great quality emulations you can check out http://gforcesoftware.com/ well worth the money.
