BTW, they are stereo inputs. the manual says don't plug a mono jack into the output.
anything going in the input will end up in mono. doesn't mention about using a mono input so I guess you can.

i use a stereo rca / mini-jack cable (monotron output => mpc or mixer inputs)

make sure you use a stereo plug for the output - apparently you can damage it by connecting a mono lead to the headphone output

received mine today .
disappointed as hell.
the output is so noisy it's unusable.
i searched the internet and the only mod you can't find is a "decent amp mod"

The noise-floor aint that bad. Maybe you need a better cable, I hope.

if you have the filter resonance (peak) turned right up then it is quite noisy
