Sequencer Cutting in and out

Im trying to sequence in the 5000 but when I try to play out a beat I keep getting missed kicks or off kicks on like time point 6.01 like I can play the sequence for the first 4 bars but then after that it drops out...missing kicks and my drums are off, is there anyway to hard reset the 5000 or should I reinstall OS2.0? Im not sure whats wrong with my 5000 but its pissing me off right now, I cant make a simple 4 bar loop...Can someone help me out? It would be greatly appreciated.
