Great videos Dubs, very helpful information on this one. What is the popsicle stick looking contraption you taped on your turntable? Is it just a guard so the needle does not fall or get dropped off the edge of the record platter? That could be a good idea, sometimes if I backspin too much on the first track the needle slips off and grinds along the platter and it makes me cringe thinking my needle is so close to being destroyed.

LOL YES FAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! youre the first person to ever ask me that!!!!!!!

its a bic pen cap taped to my turntable. Yes you are right. it is so the needle doesnt get destroyed from falling off of the record or when i place the needle to the rest point. Ive destroyed 2 needles already; by either being really tired or drunk and simply missed the edge of the record and being devoured by the teeth of the 1200 (horendous sounds of destruction lol)

200 down the drain. Good eye my friend and thank you for watching
