Exchange tips and tricks for the Akai MPC4000

just want to know on the 4k when you go to program-pitch i want to change poly to 1 instead of 64 but do i have to keep changing it everytime i start up the 4k or can i save it permanently?i hate having to do this for every sample each time i load them up?
also wondering do you guys keep it on 64 or do you change it too 1 i just started doing this just [playing around with different features

Save it as a autoload.

ok but how do i do create the folder,i dont wont too make any mistakes and end up erasing my hd or losing my samples,if you can give me some info on ceating and saving the folder that would help alot

Simple you save all sequences and songs as Autoload in a folder. Go to global menu T the setting to autoload which means each time you turn on your mpc all the same things load up. This isn't complex just name it Autoload and save it in it's own folder on your HD. Read your manual on how to create and save your folders.
