Yup.

you'll be rollin in no time.

its all pretty self explanatory once the purchasing faze is over... which is usually the toughest because there are so many options.

After you get it out of the boxes, its easy.

start with just the mac mixer and a mic if you got the paper but all that ish wont make you dilla over night. Btw a lot of us might not like the fact you just roll up lookin to get a setup better than the one some of us took years to save for just because you decide you might like to feel like timbo or lil wayne

seriously, ... you guy's should quit f%&ing with the poor guy, .... we've all been there in some way shape or form.

just tell him to calm down a little bit.

he's on the 5000 forums, ... so tell him the truth

all he needs is mpc5000
headphones,
dynamic microphone,
and possibly a cheap midi keyboard, ... and he's good.

if he can figure that out, he can build from there.

he needs to keep asking questions from various sources and keep reading.

Start here---> http://tweakheadz.com/guide.htm

^^when I first joined that site is when I first got into music (2004)...

The hardest part for me was understanding the concept of MIDI. Took me about a year to fully grasp it.. especially midi thru :evil: :evil: :evil:
