Using plugins like tone projects sonitex or izotope vinyl. Or you could keep a sample of vinyl noise in your mpc and layer that on top of your samples.

No substitute for the real thing, but at the same time, don't get hung up on it. Great samples and/or a great musical idea are WAY more important.

Lol i dont know I found it on the net somewhere. My homeboy has a bunch of videos like that where some random cat is lecturing (usually about the African diaspora or Egyptology etc.) standing in front of a cheesy fake natural background... He doesn't have this one though.

Buy a cheapo turntable. Lots of second hand shops near me sell audio-seperates dirt cheap because nobody wants anything less than 1210s or a suitable equivalent.

Choose a few sh*t records to get you going... you can even sample the crackle from the run in/run out grooves and then layer it over any digital material.

In fact EVEN cheaper... get a mate, or go online and find a few samples of vinyl crackle/hiss. There's lots of free sound websites around... and then as I said layer them up.

Reasonable alternatives for the time being.

Also try filtering out a little bit of the really high end of your samples. Vinyl tends to be less bright sounding than digital.
