there better be shit load of banks with only 8 pads

same issue as command stations dope but it dont sample thats the weakness of these units and thats why manufactures need to do more homework when designing these things

It kind of reminds me of the Roland MC 909 except it is virtual.

that video got thinking this thing is dope the hardware is defo more like a stanalone unit rather then a midi controller like the maschine. (in terms in build quality)

im liking the direction they goin in and the software looks more mature then maschine.

id mess with this if it can sample standalone and the wave form shows up on the screen thats deadly

Looks cool as does the Maschine, interesting hybrid.

What annoys me about these products is that they're all far too generic and uninspired... they've come up with a solution to a problem that never needed solving.

What does this do that a Korg Nanopad, Ableton and a collection of downloaded sample packs doesn't?

I'd rather see manufacturers really going off on a tangent to create unique, niche products... but of course that won't fill the bank.

I don't get why people instantly compare this to Maschine. Form factor (plugins with dedicated control surfaces) and the ability to load samples is all they have in common. Its about as relevant as comparing an MPC to an Elektron Machinedrum or a Jomox Xbase.
