A contradictory statement if ever I saw one... not that it matters to me.

In what way?

What I'm saying is that beyond those two things, Spark and Maschine and are as different as an MPC and a Machinedrum.

You rarely see the latter two compared, and for good reason. Because they are vastly different in function and intended audience. Even though they are both drum-optimized sequencers that can load samples and have pads on the front panel...

It looks interesting but unless it actually improves upon my setup, making my process more intuitive, more enjoyable or more capable, thus more productive, I'll have to pass on it like I've done with some of the other such products. Hopefully an associate will get one so that I can borrow it from time to time or evaluate it like I was able to do with Maschine.

In that 2 min 48 secs she could be ironing my shirts, cooking me more than what appears to be a god damn McMuffin and she'd still have time to take her clothes off. Although she looks like a bit of a witch really.
Music production hardware for the IPod generation, who have to have everything laid on for them. What ever happened to building a studio and adapting equipment, that's half the fun of making music.
