About MPC60 Soft Disk Drive Problem

I just bought one MPC60 II
When I into the DISK function, use the Formate Disk, but it's show up Error Code: ff02. What's that mean? Is my Soft Disk Drive broken?
Where I can buy the Soft Drive Disk for MPC60 II online?

Try a cleaning disk first, only use 720K DS/DD disks.

If that fails, go to forat and get the floppy drive.
