Couple of OS XL questions? 2500

Sorry to be a pain in the ass but i just wandered if if anyone could answer me a couple of questions regarding JJ OS 2

a) Is it possible to assign a sample to a pad from trim mode? (Ive had numerous MPCs and one of them could do this, wasnt sure if it was the jj os or if it was MPC 5000)

b) Is it possible to Load whole folders and have them automatically assign to pads across folders?

a) When you chop a sample you can create a new program and assign all the chops to it.

b) alternative is to use a .pgm editor like bluebox or mpc maid or pad 187 or whatever, you can bulk drop samples to editor and will auto assign them to pads.

Yeah im just on the case of Bluebox!
I use to have an mpc that when i was in trim mode i could hit the shift key and hit a pad and that would put it on the pad. i assume it was os2 on the 5k!
