mpc + something for mastering

At first i wanter to change my mpc1000JJOS1 to 2000xl + sp-303\404 (sampling and drumming on mpc and effects on sp) but all sp's can do only one effect on time, and there is no multioutput..
Now i want to find cheap mixer\sampler with multiout and at least two effects engine. I know that there is EB16, but its too expensive (250 bucks for one expansion card is OMFG).
Was thinking about mpc 4000, but i dont really see any point in buying it
PS I like my 1000 but i hate lack of effect engines, that stupid sounding, my pads half dead etc..

A sampler/resampler with cool effects is the ASR X Pro.
You can sample dry or with assigned effect. You can assign effects to a sample, resample it and add another effect, resample again, add another effect.. and so on.
And a lot more possibilities.

oh, asr x pro is too big and its look like more drummachnine-type, big pads you know. is there something just same as sp but with multi effect processor? asr x pro is okay but its not for layering effects, its a drum machine
