hi, please could someone recommend a decent dj mixer for use with sampling vinyl into the MPC 2500...
sound quality is important so would i need to get a dj mixer with digital I/Os?, and decent EQ functions also so i can make smooth tonal adjustments to what im sampling before sending it to the MPC.... Thanks!

you want something with a decent phono pre-amp, which should be true of most decent dj mixers, if you don't buy too cheap

digital IO isn't very important IMHO. the sound is going to come from the turntable as non-digital, with lovely vinyl crackle, so you won't magically make it sound cleaner by then going digital between the mixer and mpc (although I s'pose if the mixer has a better AD converter than the MPC it would help)
