i hit up a record store and a few goodwills today, and copped

billy paul - 360 degrees of billy paul
carlos garnett - cosmic nucleus
mandrill - mandrilland
alan hawkshaw - girl in a sportscar
101 strings - astro sounds from beyond
the newborn - same
quinteto violado - all i know is its from 72, i got it in a white sleeve with no cover, some library joint
joy division - unknown pleasures , some psych rock shit
herb geller - rhyme and reason
and my boy dubbed me 2 copies of 2 rare bo hansson LPs and hooked me up, should keep me busy for awhile...also that joe quarterman track is dope, brian auger does a real ill version of it

I was in New York over the weekend and luck up on

David Axlerods = Songs of inocence reissue ( 10.00) coped this in some record shop in the village.

Quncey Jones = Body Heat (0.25 ) coped this at some street fare on Columbus Ave

I was low on doe so thats all I could grab

I got an ill polka record last night that had this ill Cello sounding instrument (not exactly sure what it is)... I wanna chop it up and put it to phat break beat and do something funky with it...

If it works out it'll be real odd.... Just goes to show you that you should never sleep on any style of music... Even polka has got some samples that are usable...
