Problems with slicing and regions

HI!
Can anybody write me description how can I slice samples?
Cuz at first I set numbers of regions and next I can set start and end of samples,but can I set start and end of samples without choosing numbers of regions?
And another question:when I set starts and ends of samples witch option I must choose after I press EDIT?
(becuse when I want to export samples,I see new samples at list of samples,and when I want to slice it again I see the same samples as first time-original with numbers of regions,and the same lenght)

Ok,thanks.
but I'm asking about slicing without using regions,cuz I want to do it manually(on trim page).
How can I do it(I mean to manually set start and end and rewrite samples to pads)

Yes,cuz I'm not American or English.
I odn't know how i can extract chopped samples and set them to pads.
Witch option I must use when I press F5(EDIT)to extract chopped samples to SAMPLES LIST and after that I want to set them to pads?(becouse when i use SLICE SAMPLES i have the same original sample but with another name)

Can anybody help?

Ok, you already have your REGIONS set. Go to EDIT and select SLICE SAMPLES. Set CREATE NEW PROGRAM to YES. DONE!

Ok,but I don' ask about it.
I want to slice my samples irregular.I want to set start and end points myself,no by REGIONS option.

Maybe you don't understand me.
Hioq can I set start and end points without going to REGIONS page(F3)?
And how I can mark this points?

You do know that you can move the start and end points of each region to where you want them?

Try writing your questions in your own language and use Google to translate them, might make more sense? :)

Ok
S: I loaded sampel SAMPLE menu.
Now I want manually (hand-owned) set start and end points of the sample and then these slices are loaded into individual pads of the SAMPLE menu.
Just do not know if I have first to determine the number of regions or use the menu TRIM / LOOP.
I would ask for exact instructions step by step how to do it.
