I wanna know a good program to convert mp3s to .wav files to upload on my MPC im trying to sample and cut up
The Isley Brothers - for the love of you but it wont work on my mpc as a .wav does it need to be a certian format and if so what is the right format ??

you won't gain any clarity...you can't take compressed audio (which reduces quality)
then convert/expand it to a "higher quality" file type and ghain back that original recording non-compressed quality....fyi


....but itunes will do it, windows media player should do it, switch, audacity, sound studio, soundforge, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

As stated above, it doesn't make much sense to do this, but i guess the mp3 is all you have.

The easiest way would be to connect whatever source you're playing the mp3 with to the MPC and just record/sample it.

If you want to convert it, you need to make sure the wave file is 16bit audio, otherwise it won't work on your MPC.
