Reviews and questions about the entry-level MPC500

I just got my mpc500 in the mail and I got through the first few pages of the manual. I made my own beat and now whenever I turn on the device it just starts spamming all of the sounds in no particular order. I can't stop the device by pressing the stop button or the erase button and I wont let me record anymore.

How do I stop this device from going crazy or at least restore it to factory settings?

mode>load... scroll to autoload and turn it to off
Finish reading the WHOLE Manual
