hey guys, its time to change my record needles and i'm wondering what you guys are using for sampling your vinyl? i'm considering the shure m44g at the minute. is the sound quality good enough for sampling?

the sure mm4 is the best. i have use stanton 500, 500al, 500el,680, sure sc35c. as well as lots of other types that my fellow djs use. most of us turntableists use the m447. it does not burn the records. the spec i think is 3.5 grams thats alot. and the millivolt out put is higher than any other. i think it 9.6mv thats ridiculosly higher than anything else. the needle does need a breakin period after that it almost will not skip.
the audio quality is excelent. and ive been a dj and beat guy since 89. seen a lot of trends come and go. this one is no bs
