MPC Noob, need som help!

Hello! I just got the MPC5000 and ive starting to get the idea!
But now,
What do i need to do to get the beats to my DAW and mix the tracks?
Like separate drums, sample, etc
Can i do this through the USB?

I plug the the mpc to my M-Audio Fast track.
From the mpc to the "Line In" on the Fast Track, the one with the guiter above?
