dont listen any sound at main page..

although i listen my sound when i chop a sample or just go from the main page to trim mode
when i go to the main page my pads dont make any sound
i take my 2500SEa week before
when i first open it inside where was 2-3 songs..
at the begin i was push play button i was listening to the song
now there is no sound??
any help?
