sure looks like it... i haven't noticed anything additional in the specs yet... and i agree that for the price you could always just get the keyboard version of the phatty used... but i assume these tabletop versions will get cheaper down the line on ebay as well... and if they go down to $500 or so i'll consider getting one.

Slim Phatty i like... i've been eye balling the the little phatty for a minute but i prefer table tops / modules this is perfect... 800 for moog sound sounds good to me... besides Dave Smith is killing the market with table tops... he even convinced Tom Oberheim to reissue the sem and it was successful. i figured Moog wouldnt far behind with table top something... they even took it a step further with the new iPhone app FILTATRON.

EXACTLY!!! the keys on the Moog products aren't the best. And many people don't want numerous keyboards in their set up, a rack mount/table top version is perfect.

I"d love one of these. I want another SE1x but can't find one for the 750 or 850 I want to spend.

Found this on fb. You can enter to win a Moog Slim Phatty. Astralwerks, the premiere dance/electronic label in the land, teamed up with Moog Music for this sweepstakes.

All you have to do is 'like' the page from this link, and then enter the sweepstakes. I just did it - it's really easy and nothing to lose. Here's the link:
