It's cool. The internet and most opinions or insults that ensues from it are pretty irrelevant, to me. If anything it's funny. :)

As for the topic, no I didn't understand your first comment, hence me asking. Don't worry about it though, it's moot, I was just curious.

Geist is a german word and means : intellect, ghost, spirit, esprit, psyche

peace

thanks for the translation...do you know how to pronounce it?

Like the "guy" in disguise, except with an "st" at the end. So, "guyst". Some people pronounce it "gayst" but this is due to accents. In addition to what peterpiper said, it's also often used to refer to a mogwai (demon or monster), or rather in conversation that's what I hear it most often referring to.

Ever heard of the film Poltergeist? It's the one where the little girl talks to the TV that isn't tuned in.

The 'ei' is pronounced 'I' rather than 'A' like it is in some other words (weight)

I tried it. It's too fiddly for me. Would help if you could resize the screen and the size of all the buttons.
Also, I can't find a way to trim out unwanted parts of the sample.
I prefer using my mpc.
