I have a real problem, since 6 / 7 years ago I started making beats, I also started to change my room every week/ month, and when I do that one time i feel like yeahh this is ittttt but a week later I am used too it and I wanna change it up again.. like right now, my studio was all good and stuff but i still feel like I have to move something, my mpc or my turntables... pfff it drives me crazy.. anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I think a lot of us do . I don't move my sh!t around that much but every time I get a new piece of gear sh!t goes flying around the room to switch up my workflow to accommodate the new piece .

 wut?

I have a ton of outboard that I keep switching around the routing every so often. I might buy another patchbay and cables to ease this, but your problem is re-arranging your furniture?

I dunno man, you just sound restless.

I think i am restless too, but somehow it gives me rest when i have fixed it all up, like now, I just putted my turntable & mpc just to the other side and just organized my cables a bit.. and now i am making a hard ass beat! just this lil difference gave me inspiration to work hard on a beat!

to me the more equipment i get, the more i move stuff around, other than that i dont have anywhere else to move my stuff other than where its at, no space!

If I just had the room to move the stuff I would probably do it but my "music room" ist so damn small and I get more and more records that take more and more space so I cant simply move the things from one side to the other without competely destroying the "ergonomic logic" of the machines and make the roomacoustic more worse than it is right now.
I wish I would have a bigger room
