JJ OS 4.99

Alright, really dumb question, but I've had these beats sitting in my MP for 3 years, so I haven't touched it in that time, but I've finally decided to do something with my stuff, and I'm just wondering how I assign tracks to the assignable mixouts. I forgot how to do it, and I don't know where to find the JJ OS 4.99 manual online or rather forgot. So could someone please help me out.
