Does the HD recording work reliably for you?

I have put some sequences into a song and now recording external synths to the hard drive recording tracks. But 2 things have gone wrong. Around bar 60 the timing of the recorded synths gets noticeably late. If I play from bar 1, it often (not always) seems in time all the way through. If I jump to bar 60 and play, then the synths are quite delayed (sounds like 1/32 late). Also I saved a session where I was happy with the recordings, but the next day one track was overdubbed on another track and at a completely different starting point. These faults are making me think the hd recording isn't worth it.

Is anyone using the HD recording and getting good results?

nah bro that hasn't happened to me. I was at my DJs crib not long ago with a bass player buddy and recorded both of them into the 5k separately and simultaneously on a couple of different tracks without any issues. at all. It was pretty impressive actually. Maybe check how much drive space u have left or haw much memory you have.
