Q's about using the "Echo send/return" on an MPC-60...

My Q's aren't in the manual:

-There is 1 Echo Mono out/send and 2 stereo returns. If using a mono fx unit with only 1 out, which return to use? Left or right?

-When using the "Echo send/return" on the 60, how is it routed exactly? Meaning.. does it bypass/parallel and affect (more like effect, ha!) ALL the outputs of the MPC (ALL = the stereo main out and also the 8 individual outputs as well?)...if so....what setting is full wet, without additional gain? All the way up/counter-clockwise?

-I know analog filters are usually hooked up serial, but will hooking up a mono analog filter (like the MF-101) on the MPC-60 "echo sends/returns" work? Good idea?

I am dabbling in the thought of analog'ifying the 60 with a moogerfooger (poormans SP-1200, e; yes, I already know that samplers w/ analog filters have a filter on each voice, better than nuthin )

I know I can just sub-buss stuff on my mackie mixer... but just wondering in case whenever my mackie mixer's returns, sub-buss channels and regular channels are all totally used and filled up already. (yeah, I know I can just connect filter in b/n the instrument and mixer directly too; but an MPC is stereo +8 outs, and there's a lot of mono units out there).

says in section 6.5 that the echo out is a mono output and can be plugged to a echo (effects) and implying the effect is stereo plug those into the return inputs. you can pick which sounds you want to send to the effects by using the echo mixer (sounds screen, 4)

as for using a mono effect, I'd go with the left input. I haven't used any effects with my 60 yet but that seems pretty easy to set it op

Seriously how many samples will you have that you want the exact same filter setting on?
I would probably go with the Electix or MFC since they work better on the frontend .
