.how do i fill out the income tax portion of the pub. form i am a student and i havent made enough money over the years to file for I.T. i have filed for a refund tho ....help me out

damn i wish i had a copy of the form so i could help you. we did this a long long time ago. srry. if u can somehow show the section u havin trouble wit i may be able to help

I think you are talking about the W-9 portion, contact your local IRS office and ask them how you should fill it out "they will be happy" to help.
