i was thinking the same thing. ive been working on something over the last few days in which the set up is critical - meanwhile i ran into a bug that stopped me from doing exactly what i wanted and was uploading other os's to see if it helped the situation ( i seem to remember doing something similar before without any problems), its been a right pain resetting everything each time.
Being able to save settings would be good.
Every time I install a new JJOS, it's the same Tap Tempo:Off, Pad Velo and Press sens:14, Pad On:1, change Autoload folder, load and change click sample, change click volumes, now go and change the names of 7 midi devices... annnd done... I think
I don't really mind too much, but it's a pain to rename all your MIDI devices over and over. I like to keep on top of that otherwise it can get confusing, especially with older projects.
