Can I go TRS to RCA for Sampling still i get no signal?

Will this work ... I have a vestax mixer that has RCA outputs tryin to go TRS to the 4000 , I tried adapters like a TRS adapters and regular RCA cords and i get no signal... thanx..

Somewhere between the trs & rca, one of the points that's needed isn't making its connection.

TRS has three contact points (balanced), RCA only has two (unbalanced). You need to use a standard TS (unbalanced) adapter to make this work.
