help! reason, mpc, axiom pro midi controller question?

well here it is...
I have an mpc 2500 an axiom pro midi controller and just got reason & maudio protools 8 it should be coming in the mail tomorrow. I wanna use my mpc for sampling and drums, I wanna use reason for
vsts
and other creative routes. how do I setup my equipment to sync with each other and be able to record to protools.

btw I have a pc soon to get MacBook pro.

this is a common setup and the info to set it all up is out there.. stop being lazy and figure it out yourself..

Reason does not support vst´s... i know what you mean though.
