how difficult was it to cut it to size?

I've bought one of these for my akai s950 an it works great,you can cut the foil by the size you want.

after it is cut you just slide it beneath the lcd and solder the two wires?

can you just use scissors to cut it?

Yes exactly,'i draw the size of the older display with a pen and cut it with a pair of scissor.
After that i've soldered the wires and slide the lcd beneath the lcd.

I've seen both of those on ebay but have always been skeptical of their build quality and was not sure of the cutting/fitment.

I was under the impression that if you cut these sheets you would need to re-seal the edges.
Anyway I Will give it a go at some point.

Has anybody tried this with an MPC 60?
