Pro Tools Sync Problem

Ive had my 4000 synced up with my Pro Tools Digi 003 for a while now but tonight I just ran into a major problem Im using Midi Beat Clock to sync my Motif to the 4000 and those 2 to the Digi...now when I try to dump a beat from the MPC to Pro Tools the notes arent lining up like the drums are off when it plays back, is it latency or delay? Is there someway I can get everything to line back up because Ive made like 10 beats already and this just happened 30 mins ago when I turned on the MPC...I am livid right now.
