havent' really seen many interviews on his techniques.

i did read that he never 'read the manual' :lol:

obviously dilla **** with samples/sounds that he 'liked'

Dilla didn't read the manual? Hard to believe.

It is a fact that Amp Fiddler taught him how to use the MPC. Perhaps this was hands on and he didn't need it. Idk.

i have his last interview with 'Scratch' magazine..w/ the Roots on the cover..i loved that magazine..they sold it at 7-11! :)

no, but Waajeed was a close friend and partner w/ Dilla. He released some joints for Dilla and grew up with him. Waajeed stated once that Amp Fiddler introduced Dilla to the MPC. Didn't say that Waajeed tought Dilla.
